1. Services Provided
We offer somatic therapy, trauma-informed counselling, and holistic healing sessions. These services are intended for personal development and well-being and do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment.
2. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or direct communication.A deposit may be required for consultations and sessions, which is refundable only under certain conditions (see Cancellation Policy).Payments must be made via the approved methods listed on our website.Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect existing bookings.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.Deposits for consultations are refundable if the session is attended. If you do not attend without proper notice, the deposit will not be refunded.Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged in full.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.All client information is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in therapy, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own mental and emotional well-being.If you have any medical or psychiatric conditions, you must disclose this before starting therapy.You must not record sessions without prior consent.
6. Limitations of Liability
We do not provide medical diagnoses or guarantees of specific outcomes from therapy.We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided in sessions.In the unlikely event of an issue arising from our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the session.
