Trauma, the Body, and Safety: Foundations for People Who Work with People
A half-day somatic training and discussion circle
Join an intimate (6 participant maximum) trauma-aware learning space designed for anyone who supports, teaches, leads, or cares for others.
In this 4-hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of trauma awareness through a somatic and nervous system lens. You’ll learn how the body signals safety and threat, how to notice subtle signs of stress or dysregulation in yourself and others, and how to cultivate environments that support regulation, presence, and connection.
Through a mix of gentle teaching, group discussion, and embodied exercises, you’ll leave with both knowledge and practical tools you can immediately integrate into your work and daily life.
