Join Théa and Alex for an evening exploring birth through the nervous system, movement and embodied practice.

Théa will introduce how the nervous system responds to safety, stress and environment during pregnancy and birth, and how breath, muscle tension, connection and surroundings can influence the body’s ability to soften and respond.

Alex will guide a practical exploration of birth biomechanics, demonstrating simple movements, labour positions and partner counter-pressure techniques that can help create comfort, encourage pelvic mobility and support the body’s natural birthing process.
