You’re warmly invited to a gentle, nourishing women’s circle devoted to healing in connection, softening into the body, and being met exactly as you are.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, to arrive in your body with care, and to experience what becomes possible when we are witnessed — without needing to fix, perform, or explain ourselves.

Through gentle somatic guidance, we’ll begin by easing the nervous system and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythms. This is subtle, accessible, and deeply respectful work - supporting you to feel safer, more present, and more at home in yourself.
