A Full-Body Journey Through Movement, Music & Rest
Join us on Tuesday 1st July for a deeply nourishing evening of somatic exploration and sound immersion. As summer ripens around us, this is an invitation to slow down, drop into your body, and listen to what’s moving beneath the surface.
In this soma & sound session, we’ll move beyond words and into rhythm – through guided movement, gentle soundscapes, breath, and intuitive connection with our bodies. Together, we’ll create space to unwind the nervous system, shake off the stories, and reconnect to the wisdom we carry within.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath to soothe, ground, and integrate – leaving you more spacious, resourced, and connected.
