Join Théa (Somatic Trauma Therapist), Alex (Intuitive Energy & Sound Healer) and Rach (Reiki Practitioner & Energy Worker) for The Body, The Breath and The Beyond - a warm, retro-spirited evening designed to help you settle, soften and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.
We weave somatic bodywork, gentle breath awareness, guided meditation, intuitive Reiki, and a dreamy sound bath to support your nervous system, open the doorway to your inner world, and create space for genuine rest.
We begin by arriving into the body, using simple somatic practices to help you ground, notice your sensations, and meet yourself with curiosity rather than pressure. From here, we return to the breath - not breathwork, but soft, natural breathing that invites regulation and ease.
Once the body and breath have opened the door, you’ll be guided into a meditation journey, led with care to support inner-child connection, imagery, or intuitive…
